Meet Maliysa Lou — The Love Behind LouLou Event Planning

I’m Maliysa Lou, known as LouLou, the owner and planner behind LouLou Event Planning in San Luis Obispo, California. I specialize in wedding planning, event styling, and curated grazing tables across California’s Central Coast and Paso Robles Wine Country.

My love of hospitality began with my mom and grandmother, Mary Lou, who raised me in Costa Mesa. They taught me how food and a welcoming table bring people together. LouLou honors my grandmother and that tradition.

With more than 25 years in hospitality and events, I bring thoughtful organization and creativity to each celebration. Time in Italy, travels through Europe, and studies at The Cheese School of San Francisco shaped my appreciation for food, wine, and the guest experience.
