What's the difference between day-of coordination and month-of planning?
Day-of coordination is for couples who have already planned everything themselves and just need someone to run the show: timeline management, directing vendors, and handling whatever comes up so you can actually be present at your own wedding. Month-of planning starts about two months out. I take over the logistics, confirm every vendor, build your timeline, run the rehearsal, and manage the wedding day itself.
Do you offer full service and partial planning too?
Yes. Partial planning usually begins four to six months before the wedding and includes vendor sourcing, RSVP management, seating charts, rehearsal coordination, and oversight on the day. Full planning covers the process from start to finish. Every couple is different, so I put together a customized proposal rather than working from fixed packages.
What areas do you serve?
All of San Luis Obispo County, plus Paso Robles wine country, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Buellton, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Big Sur, and Monterey.
How much does a wedding planner cost?
Every wedding and every couple is different, so pricing is built around what you actually need rather than a fixed package. Tell me about your day and I'll send a detailed, customized proposal.

Yes. Elopement planning is designed for couples who want something intimate and personal, and the micro wedding option blends that intimacy with more traditional structure for a smaller guest list.

That's one of my favorite parts. I select and coordinate trusted vendors matched to your style, vision, and budget: venues, catering, photography, florals, and everything in between.

How far in advance should we book you?
For full planning, twelve to eighteen months out is the sweet spot. Planners are usually one of the first vendors couples book, often before the venue, because so much of what comes next depends on the timeline and budget we set together at the start. If your date is sooner than that, still reach out. Month-of and day-of coordination work on much shorter timelines.
Do you travel, and are there travel fees?
I do travel, and there's no set travel fee. Distance is simply factored into your custom quote, so you'll see it accounted for up front rather than added on later.
